My ageent Luis Cruze and my finance guy Jaime were very good, I am extremely Happy with there service. I am a first time customer. I drove down from Phoenix to look at a Navigator that I could not find in good, I am extremely Happy with there service. I am a first time customer. The service department is absolutely beyond terrible! Cannot get an actual service writer on the phone or get a call back is impossible. I bought a used truck in December had a problem with it the night Cannot get an actual service writer on the phone or get a call back is impossible. I bought a used truck in December had a problem with it the night I drive it home waited a week to get it back now I'm having the same issue and no one will talk to me. Do not buy from this dealer and avoid getting any service done here at all costs. If I could go back and not buy from here I 100% would Avoid this place like the plague! More
