This is a long post but want to get my thoughts and point across We found a car that my wife and I like and drove over an hour to see it. We went through the process with the salesman and then we had to go through the finance department. Issue we had with that is that we were being told two different things and were left very confuse by the end of everything and did get the deal we were expecting and felt almost tricked into it. When we came back a couple of days later when our car was ready and picked up are car it almost looked like the interior was exactly the same when we looked at it. The outside was cleaned but they told us they were going to detail and shampoo the carpets. We didnt make a fuss cause we didnt want to drive back due to being far but on our way home when we rolled the windows down they were disgusting at the top like a dog has been licking it. When we were going through the process of talking with the salesman and what they offer they told us they do a 100 or 120 point inspection on all there cars as well as replace tires if the tread is too low. when we were looking at the car I told them the treads looked a little low and asked if they would replace it and they said they would once the inspection was done. fast-forward to when we came to pick up the car the tires looked brand new and shiny to me by just glancing at them and didnt think to look deeper into it which is my mistake and should have paid more attention. The reason they looked nice is they polished up the tires with cleaner to make it look nice. Wont fall for that trick again. had to pay $600 to get new tires for it. As I was getting new tires for it at a tire shop, the mechanic notice the engine mounts were going bad and on top of that the control arms needed fixed due to the fact they couldnt do an alignment on the vehicle. Shouldnt that have been caught from there 100 or 120 point inspection???? Probably didnt want to fix it cause I had all ready bought the car and they had to go through the motion on there end to keep there status as "certified pre-owned vehicles". Luckily I got a warranty on the car that covers the repair on the motor mount and control arm or I would be spending even more money on repairs and have only had the car 6 months. I know you cant find everything wrong on a car but motor mounts and control arms are visible and vital things and when a tire shop cant do an alignment due to the control arms are bad because the rubber bushings are cracked and have too much play in them shouldnt that have been easily caught from the inspection? Good learning experience for my wife and I but will not recommend going here to anyone. It is impossible to get in contact with the people that were helping you and they dont listen to there voicemails. Asked them multiple times to call me back and no one never did. Reason why I didnt go back to get the tires or the repairs done or to even talk to someone is because I lived over an hr away and would cost more money in gas and taking time off of work to do so. More

They lied about the percentage rate on the the loan to get me to sign. They never checked the carlike they said they did. The car was missing and having multipole misfires. The driver assist button was faulty and would tell you every time you turned the car on. The car needs brakes bad. They never detailed it. They sold it dirty as if it just had come from the person trading it in. although they fixed the misfires and detailed it. They either didn't take the time to do anything to it or they simply forgot about it. It slipped through some realty big cracks. What else did they miss on it that is unsafe? There is no wheel lock key for the wheel locks so now i have to find someone to brake them off. The brakes still need doing. Don't recommend this dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. More
