I purchased several vehicles from Royal never had an issue. We are not happy, we didn’t receive our new weather mat as promised and tires and brakes needed to be addressed before delivery, it wasn’t after we purchased that Diego said we can get “employee pricing” on tires and then he never responded my messages about further assisting us about the breaks and service.
