They lied about the percentage rate on the the loan to get me to sign. They never checked the carlike they said they did. The car was missing and having multipole misfires. The driver assist button was faulty and would tell you every time you turned the car on. The car needs brakes bad. They never detailed it. They sold it dirty as if it just had come from the person trading it in. although they fixed the misfires and detailed it. They either didn't take the time to do anything to it or they simply forgot about it. It slipped through some realty big cracks. What else did they miss on it that is unsafe? There is no wheel lock key for the wheel locks so now i have to find someone to brake them off. The brakes still need doing. Don't recommend this dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. More

He even provided advice and insight on getting refunds for the warranty and registration on my trade in. That in my mind is above and beyond. I tend to reserve the negative for face to face conversation and my reviews are always based on facts and my experience. So, here's my experience with Quebeseaux GMC. My salesman, Perry Valencia, is an experienced hard working man who is knowledgeable and will go out of his way for a customer. Perry understood the limitations of our schedules and worked with us (over and above) to ensure that we got the truck we wanted. The process from introduction, to negotiation, to purchase was streamlined and easy. Perry was honest and understood what we wanted and the parameters of what would ensure we became a customer. The vehicle sales industry is filled with sub par experiences and some of that is due to the way we, as customers, treat our salespeople. Try being upfront, honest and clear in what it is you want when purchasing a vehicle. Understand they need to make money too. If they don't, then they won't be there when you want to buy another car. Lastly, I have no doubt if we need to buy a car/truck in the future we would buy another car from Perry. We will also be recommending him to others. More
