Love my car and I guess a good deal but took 2 weeks to get the financing done and I had my own financing! No one, not even my salesman ever called to say thank you or really see how I liked the car. Came to the lot ready to make a deal and walk away with a Jeep. I had to ask to test drive the Jeep I was interested in, usually the salesman pushes to get you in the car. This salesman looked distracted and not ready to sell. We signed the papers and I was told I needed to wait for a safety check. Didn't hear anything back until 3 days later when the Jeep failed the "safety check". I asked them to make good on the deal we already signed papers on for a like Jeep. They ghosted me and I regretted letting them ding my credit score. Luckily I was able to find a car lot wanting to sell me a car and I drove away with my new Jeep same day. More

1) Going on 3 weeks since purchase, dealer has still not made arrangements for repair of an existing minor dent even though part of the purchase price was an in-house dent repair insurance policy. 2) The made arrangements for repair of an existing minor dent even though part of the purchase price was an in-house dent repair insurance policy. 2) The car did not have a necessary manual( my sales person apparently bought one for us out of his own pocket. 3) Only one key fob was provided. I consider having a second one to be essential. It seems I will have to make a long trip to the dealership to purchase one at an unknown cost. More
