I had already written a premature review because I was pressured to write one before the end of my transaction. Luis insisted and I should have known better. There was a difference of 788 miles to what he had told me he said 3000 I should have checked but since I told him he had been recommended by a gmc service advisor I didn't think I'd have to worry. I went back and spoke with him about it and he said he was rounding numbers off so he offered an oil change and a tank of gas but he said he'd talk to his manager and let me know first thing Monday but he said he wanted another good review. Monday came and by noon nothing. I went in to the dealership only to get belittled by the who I think is a finance guy who said he felt sorry for how I felt. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED TRUSTING AND NOT CHECKING WHAT THIS GUY SAYS. HIS MAIN CONCERN IS A REVIEW NOT BEING HONEST More

Came in at 8:30 with an appointment. Was told it would take about 2 hours (3 times, 2 wks before the appt, the day I made the appt, and the morning when I brought the vehicle in). Over 2 Was told it would take about 2 hours (3 times, 2 wks before the appt, the day I made the appt, and the morning when I brought the vehicle in). Over 2 hours into the appointment I am told it will be another hour to a hour and a half. The delay? I was told because I stated when I brought the vehicle In that I had an appointment later that afternoon they somehow decided that there was no rush on getting the service done, even though I was WAITING FOR THE VEHICLE. They then told me that for this service the vehicle is usually left all day and they fit it in when they can. Why the heck didn't they tell me this when I made the appointment telling them I would have to wait on the work to be performed. More

I had a great experience at Quebedeaux, I was looking at the new cars but didn’t find what I was looking for. I headed to the used cars lot and found something immediately.
