I was looking for a Yukon AT4. Contacted dealers from CA to TX and in every major Arizona city. Overall had a great experience with the dealership. One factor for me as to why we are giving them a four star verse the five star was the financing piece. We went to complete the financing paperwork a One factor for me as to why we are giving them a four star verse the five star was the financing piece. We went to complete the financing paperwork and the gentlemen presented the different options were looking to add on and wrote the price of our payment down on a piece of paper. However, when he completed the loan documentation the amount that was on the official loan paperwork was not the same amount he wrote on his paper, the loan paperwork payment was higher by $10. We asked him about this detail and he owned his mistake and that the amount he wrote on the paper should of been the amount on the loan paperwork. I am drawing a blank on the finance manager's name but he took ownership of this mistake but did not see like he wanted to fix it also. My thought was, if you do this all day everyday than you should know what payment amounts you should be telling your customers and not making a customer feel they have to accept the mistake because you wrote it down incorrectly. Other than that weird encounter during the financing, we had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to others. And... now this survey is forcing me to rate a member of their team but the members I worked with are not listed. More
