So disappointing. First misrepresented the sales price with the "fine print". Then didn't make the necessary repairs to the vehicles back-up light as requested. Since we had already invested hours of round trip travel and sitting at the dealership, we just took the vehicle, which OBTW only had an 1/8th of a tank of gas. And the back and forth between the salesman and his manager is a joke-dude come speak with me directly. I'm the customer-if you want to negotiate-come talk to me. Lame place. Never again. Will stick with Phoenix dealers on-line. No xxxxxxxx and fantastic sales service. Could even name anyone but the college student salesman Luis who was clearly inexperienced. More
