Quebedeaux Buick-GMC

I've been coming to get my SUV serviced for over a year and always received stellar service. If an issue would come up, they immediately made it right. This time not sure what happened, big disappointment! and always received stellar service. If an issue would come up, they immediately made it right. This time not sure what happened, big disappointment! Not even a response to my email detailing my issues. My vehicle was returned to me, dirty with stains on the inside of the cab and headliner, as I left my vehicle started smoking and when I pulled over to inspect realized they left oil on my valve cover and dripped on my exhaust manifold causing the smoking. Not good! Not sure what went wrong or if the vehicles are not quality inspected before leaving the shop. More

Price was more then advertised; but their word on helping and getting us into the vehicle we liked was a guarantee before we got there via phone... I had my doubts, but after an hr. Love my Buick. Service is always polite . But when I went last time they were dishonest. A service of putting in new antenna wanted 680 dollars . Went somewhere else purchased antenna from them but person ch last time they were dishonest. A service of putting in new antenna wanted 680 dollars .
