From there I was introduced to other team members whom I interacted with thought out by buying experience which was picking the vehicle I wanted, making a deal, signing the paper work. I at no time did I sensed I was being hurried or push along nor was I left alone sitting wondering what was going on. Even after making my first payment I'm still happy with the Pick up Truck & best deal possible I got with Quebedeaux. More

Not the best car buying experience I had been looking online for a couple of weeks for a F150. I saw one at Quebedeaux Buick GMC for a great price. I was using cars.com so I used the ch I had been looking online for a couple of weeks for a F150. I saw one at Quebedeaux Buick GMC for a great price. I was using cars.com so I used the check availability from the website. I got a email back from the dealership stating that it was available and the price was $24,500. The email was from a manager so I thought it was a good price. I went to the dealership to look at the truck, I liked it and said I would like to buy it. We sat down to do the deal and they told me the price was $28,700. I told them about the email and showed it to them. The used car manager came out and told me that price was only for first responders. No where on cars.com or the email I received did it state that. I felt like it was a bait and switch being pulled on me. Left a bad taste in my mouth. The listing also stated there was a tow package on the vehicle which it did not have. How would you feel at this point? More
