Dropped vehicle off to be repaired, no communication called after 3 days for a one. Day repair said was in bay being worked on. 3 days later. No call or text called said it was repaired. Told them would called after 3 days for a one. Day repair said was in bay being worked on. 3 days later. No call or text called said it was repaired. Told them would pick up Saturday. Arrived at dealership some work some was not , tire repair was not .waited to bring vehicle around. Got in drove away warning lights came on flat tire. turned around back to dealer .Another wait 2 hours later no vehicle. I previously ran a dealership when I was younger there is no customer service anymore. No one checked our vehicle to see if it was repaired it was not. We live in a small surrounding town 59 miles away could have been bad accident if I had kept on driving. Zero customer service no communication no help.they lost a customer but they probably don't care. Signed tired of waiting! More

Came in at 8:30 with an appointment. Was told it would take about 2 hours (3 times, 2 wks before the appt, the day I made the appt, and the morning when I brought the vehicle in). Over 2 Was told it would take about 2 hours (3 times, 2 wks before the appt, the day I made the appt, and the morning when I brought the vehicle in). Over 2 hours into the appointment I am told it will be another hour to a hour and a half. The delay? I was told because I stated when I brought the vehicle In that I had an appointment later that afternoon they somehow decided that there was no rush on getting the service done, even though I was WAITING FOR THE VEHICLE. They then told me that for this service the vehicle is usually left all day and they fit it in when they can. Why the heck didn't they tell me this when I made the appointment telling them I would have to wait on the work to be performed. More
