Overall this was one the best car buying experiences I've had. I drove from L.A. to AZ to purchase this vehicle. My sales dept rep (Mike Monroe) went all out to help make it go as smooth as possible. Showed up on a Monday and there was only 1 finance dept rep for a few people waiting to purchase. My only recommendation would be to have more reps available on busy days. I like that this dealership is committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase. That continuity of care even after the sale, speaks volumes to the credibility/reputation of the organization as a whole. More

After some initial confusion regarding advertised pricing and prices on the various vehicles on site, we were able to come to an agreement. Frustrating process to start, but at the end of the day, Quebedeau and prices on the various vehicles on site, we were able to come to an agreement. Frustrating process to start, but at the end of the day, Quebedeaux honored the advertised prices and we left very happy customers. Really appreciate finance and sales working on our behalf!! More

Joe Butler was the absolute best guy we could have done business with! I had been so stressed out about finding a car and making sure it was good and reliable, I ended up crying from a panic attack and Joe business with! I had been so stressed out about finding a car and making sure it was good and reliable, I ended up crying from a panic attack and Joe helped us through the whole process with understanding and care and worked with us on our budget and picking out the perfect car for us. He went above and beyond his duties of a salesman and treated us like people and not a sale. In the end we were all happy and Quebedeaux is a better dealership with that guy helping people out on the lot. He deserves a raise. Best experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Regardless of my panic crying. More

Update as of Feb 2024: every experience I have had with this company has been negative. I regret becoming a customer of this dealership with every fiber of my being. None stop lies. Non stop being pushed on one associate to another. Got to love a company who sells you a rusted out xxxx box and refuses to acknowledge the fact that they have cost you thousands within a year, and put you in a car that was in such poor conditions that it nearly cost you your life on multiple occasions just so they could have an extra $200 at the end of the month. The employees in both sales and financial have very low morals and will HAPPILY screw you over without a second thought. The ONLY saving grace this place has is Ethan. I truely hope he is able to escape this company and do better for himself. He deserves more than what this overglorified parking lot is capable of offering him. -------------------------------------------------------- Update as of December 2023: Been almost a year since I bought a car from them and it's honestly been nothing but trouble. I've spent more money repairing this xxxxing thing than I have on the car itself. The underbelly was completely rusted out, the tires weren't the correct size, the brake pads were so old they shreaded on me on the highway, resulting in my back axel getting damage and forcing me to spend $1,400 3 weeks before Christmas. If I could go back in time, I would have never trusted these people, and would have probably been better off buying some xxx off Craigslist. First experience buying a car was the worst experience. I hope I save someone the time and money with this review. This car has been an absolute nightmare to own, and if I didn't still owe $12,000, I'd set the xxxxing thing on fire in a ditch for the amount of problems it's caused me the last 10/11 months. xxxx this place. xxxx this car. And xxxx the dealer who pulled a fast one on someone who was going through cancer and chemo. Nothing but con artists who care more about lining their pockets than the lives that are driving cars out of their lot. More

The advertised price had stipulations. +1500 for no trade in. +1500 for having my own financing.
