He sat with us to explain all the "bells and whistles" that came with this auto and still answers the occasional questions that arise a few months later. We have never seen him with out a smile or friendly polite word (although we're sure those days exist for him-he hides it well!). Every request we had he either answered promptly or anticipated and positively addressed it to our satisfaction. We felt important to him as potential buyers and remain with the same feeling that we matter a few months into our ownership of the Ford Edge-We really like/recommend the car!!. We expect this to be a ongoing relationship through Bret as long as Ford continues to make quality, affordable autos. John & Bobby were the financial beginning and end of the deal and they were also awesome to work with. Great personable guys who make you feel valued as well. Felt they listened and cared about our financial restrictions/needs. We are not related to any of these guys or have any "loyalty" to this dealership (it was our first purchase with them), but we left there feeling like we joined a family of sorts.
