I loved everything about my experience with Lacy's. Bret and all of his coworkers were amazing to work with. They gave me a great deal and if needed, I plan on Lacy's being the first place I look for anoth and all of his coworkers were amazing to work with. They gave me a great deal and if needed, I plan on Lacy's being the first place I look for another vehicle. For this being my first automobile purchase, they could not have made it any easier for me. Bought a new 2011 F150 got best price within 200 miles of my house! Had some xtra's put on the truck e.g. bed liner, tonneu cover, chrome bug guard etc... all done very nicely. My first time at Lacy Service. In 2010 I went there to purchase a Subaru Forester but the salesman said he was going to Arizona for his winter vacation and he did nothing to facilitate my wanting to buy f purchase a Subaru Forester but the salesman said he was going to Arizona for his winter vacation and he did nothing to facilitate my wanting to buy from Lacy - no question about trade-in, no offer of deals, nothing. He sat in the car while I test drove it. Then back at the offce he said something to the effect: "I'll bet you really want to buy this car today, don't you, because I am leaving for Arizona tomorrow and I would like to close the deal today." I had no reason to, so I went online, found a dealer, Goldstein, in Albany NY who had an online deal. I called, went up, and bought the car, for less than Lacy's list price. BUT: then I thought I'd try the service dept. for the 15,000 mile check up. Told the service desk it was my first time there, what should I expect. Well, I SAT there for exactly one and a half hours! For a 15,000mile check up! AND it cost $102.55, more than Goldstein, and Goldstein is polite AND they wash your car. I told other Subaru owners and the general response was "I've never heard anyting good about Lacy." I think I may tell of my experience to the boss - could it be possible he doesn't KNOW how bad his dealership is performing? . More
