We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. I'am sorry for whatever happened, I can't fix something that I don't know what's going on. I find it hard to believe, especially the experience with my salesperson, James Rose. He has been working at this dealership for 39 years, is in the top 10% in the nation every year in customer satisfaction. I'm sure something was said, maybe taken the wrong way ? As far as your experience with the service department, again we are in the top 5 in our area and way ahead of your named dealer in service customer satisfaction, so please contact me and tell me what happened and I will fix it. Again I apologize for whatever happened !! By the way I just called your dealer and they quoted me $189 plus tax for a 15k service. We charged $102 including tax ? Thank you for your helpful reply. I see that I surely must have mistaken Mr. Rose's comments, and I apologize to him very much. He was an excellent representative. Thank you also for letting me know about my error in evaluating Goldstein motors in a positive way. I certainly won't go back there again. My experience with Lacy has now been clarified for me and I see where I was wrong. Thanks again.
