On January 12th 2012, I managed to slide my 2011 Subaru Outback off the road while on my way to Catskill. Fortunly for me they were not real busy that day and took me right in within 10 minutes after I arrived, they checked the car over and found no damage, I have been using Lacy's for over 20 years, and with a service department like this I will always use Lacy's, I could not thank them enough. It's nice to know these days that there are still reputable dealerships in this world, and R.C. Lacy is deffently one of them. More

I was working w/ Carbuyers through my credit union and it was the first time that Lacy's had worked w/ them. (Carbuyers finds the vehicle and deals w/ the salesperson so the customer doesn't need to.) Lacy was the first time that Lacy's had worked w/ them.
