George Timmes is the best!! We needed to buy a vehicle before the end of the year for tax purposes so we visited RBM of Alpharetta and began looking at a used ML350. George Timm We needed to buy a vehicle before the end of the year for tax purposes so we visited RBM of Alpharetta and began looking at a used ML350. George Timmes was the salesperson who greeted us on the lot right before the dealership was closing for the night and gave us some good information then we test drove one. We returned Monday and test drove a couple others and looked at the inventory then became interested in one that was on the showroom floor, so George gave us the incentive information then we switched our interest in the new ML350. Throughout the process, we changed our minds several times and visited four different times! During this time of uncertainty, George was so good at responding to our every question/concern via email, text, and phone calls! He was professional, personable, patient, knowledgeable, very willing to go any direction we wanted, supportive and extremely helpful, and most important he was not a high pressure salesperson! If it weren't for George we may have decided to give up and not purchase one this year! He made it enjoyable from start to finish! Everyone we came in contact with there were so friendly, pleasant and helpful! We had a great experience! This is our first Mercedez and are looking forward to enjoying the ride! More
