Out of state (NY/MA) purchase I recently bought a CPO car from this dealership. I at no point felt rushed or pressured. My contact was Ramona Razavi and she diligently followed up I recently bought a CPO car from this dealership. I at no point felt rushed or pressured. My contact was Ramona Razavi and she diligently followed up whenever necessary and answered all of my questions. Further, they didn't have a spare key but offered to pay for one. I have since been to a dealership closer to me to order one and, true to their word, they paid for it, no questions or hassles. Their description of the vehicle's condition, along with the accompanying pictures, was accurate which mattered a lot as I was an out of state buyer and thus couldn't go in for a test drive. Their word is bond and they're very quick to assuage any issues that one may have. If I lived closer I would definitely also welcome the chance to try out the service department there, going by how the sales and finance people were. More
