When l arrived to test drive the vehicle, Fabian had the car upfront and greeted me at the door. His knowledge and professionalism was impeccable! With in the dealership, the atmosphere was extremely accommodating, from Mary's greeting at the desk to casual conversation with other associates. Fabian also went the extra mile, and called me the evening l left the dealership to inform me that my deal was approved! Further, he picked me up from a Carmax location as l sold my vehicle prior to buying the Mercedes. He also gave me a tutorial of the operation of the car to ensure l was well informed prior to driving off. The finance process with Lisa was extremely informative and easy, no upsale, no additional hassle! I couldn't be happier with my Mercedes Benz C250.
