This is the second ML350 that I have purshased from RBM within the the last year. In the first instance [for my wife Debbie] , Fabian worked very hard to help her select a ML350 with the exterior/interior within the the last year. In the first instance [for my wife Debbie] , Fabian worked very hard to help her select a ML350 with the exterior/interior packages [leather] she wanted. And this was no small chore in that she is very particular! Sharon was able to create the financing plan that included affordable payments as well as significant cost savings thru USAA. Both associates answered every question and covered every detail that we could possibly conjure up. The atmosphere at RBM was quite convivial with no pressure at all. Basically, we felt very comfortable with Fabian and Sharon throughout the whole process. Recently, I had the urge to replace my Lincoln MKX with another SUV. I test drove a new Lincoln Navigator and Land Rover. Neither SUV had the high tech and vehicle performance that I wanted. I will not comment on the sales staff(s) except to say that in the latter case the experience left a lot to be desired! So I dropped by RBM on Thursday afternoon on my way home from work and happened to run into Fabian while I was scoping out the new ML350's on the lot. He immediately remembered me by name, stopped what he was doing, and showed me the vehicles with the features I wanted. Next thing I know, Fabian [and Sharon] make me a deal on a silver ML350 that I cannot refuse! The only catch was that Debbie has to agree on the color...and she doesn't like silver. On Saturday Debbie approved the color [she says it's graphite not silver], Fabian breathed a sigh of relief, and Sharon worked her financial magic like last time. And I drove home in my new ML350 with the same sense of satisfaction as one year earlier. These guys are good! More

Not very many Sales professionals take care of their customers after the sale -- Andrew should write a book for customer service after the sale. Case in point -- service issue on a 2011 Mercedes Sprinter, repairs needed to be done over the weekend (tight window and I could not make it to RBM), called Andrew, he drove a loaner to me Friday afternoon, he took the Sprinter in for service, he drove the Sprinter back to me Saturday afternoon, and he took the loaner back to RBM for me. I know he can't do it alone...his service dept. (Joe and Co.) is on their A-game as well...and that's just one example. He goes above and beyond. Don't just take my word for it...Try him for yourself...Purchase a car from him and watch him go to work. More

Greg went above and beyond and provided us with no-pressure, yet, world-class service. We were in the market for a new vehicle and I went without my husband just to test drive a few different model no-pressure, yet, world-class service. We were in the market for a new vehicle and I went without my husband just to test drive a few different models-with absolutely no intent of purchasing that weekend. Greg answered every question I could come up with, and anticipated my other questions. He took several hours with me and in no way pushed a sale--zero pressure. After the visit, he sent a follow up email thanking me for the visit. I responded with an email that thanked him, but that we were going to test drive other brands and would contact him in the future if we decided on a Mercedes. Well, low and behold, I was out shopping with a girlfriend that Saturday and my husband pulled up to the shop in my new surprise! Greg orchestrated the perfect surprise--it was just like a commercial. He worked so closely with my husband to pull of such a blessed surprise! We would recommend Greg to anyone and are excited to be with Mercedes for years to come. Thanks to the whole team, finance and sales, for an absolutely world-class experience. More
