You could see the pride and integrity in his mannerisms as he explained the Mercedes heritage and high quality machine that it is. I fell head over heals with my ML350....and it's a diesel!!!! The most beautiful automobile I have ever owned, thank you so much Fabian for introducing me to this amazing automobile!!! I called Fabian a few days later to ask if I stop in so he could review the navigation system with me. He was so helpful and showed a few shortcuts that I didn't know in terms of audio system. I have owned prior Mercedes vehicles as well as Audi's and Infiniti's a Reza was the most professional car salesman that I have ever interacted with. Reza Azizi was my sales person and he was the best person that I have ever dealt with. I purchased and CLS 550 for myself as well as a GL 550 for my wife and Reza was incredible. He was patient, informative, and best of all was not a traditional pushy sales person. He kept us up to date with the status of the delivery of our vehicles and made sure that all of our questions were answered. It was a pleasure dealing with him as well as Lisa Brennan in their Finance department. I recommend RBM and most of all dealing with Reza. More

It is almost impossible for a salesman to achieve that, but Bill is just different. He's honest, funny, smart, charismatic, and is very accommodating. As we all know, finance is the key to getting the car you want, so work with Sharon, their finance lady. She is warm, down to earth, caring, and cheerful. She respects customers, and is always ready to help. But for the two, we would not have got our dream car in such a smooth process. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get great MBs.
