I had started my seach online about a week ago. I made an inquiry on a E350 that was posted on Cars.com. Andrew Soloman responded to my inquiry within an hour. Upon arrival; Andrew met in in front of the dealership with a smile and a handshake. Paperwork was completed within the hour with NO amendments to the pre-negotiated price. I came in for a test drive on a Wednesday afternoon, brought my wife back the next afternoon for her test drive, and we had a new car by Friday. Even though we were purchasing a pre-owned non-Mercedes, we were treated with the utmost respect and class in a very relaxed and friendly environment. David arranged for some cosmetic touchup and maintenance at no extra charge, and had it looking super fresh when we came to pick it up.
