What a great experience! David Wang listened to what my wife and I wanted and then made it happen! Greg went above and beyond and provided us with no-pressure, yet, world-class service. We were in the market for a new vehicle and I went without my husband just to test drive a few different model no-pressure, yet, world-class service. We were in the market for a new vehicle and I went without my husband just to test drive a few different models-with absolutely no intent of purchasing that weekend. Greg answered every question I could come up with, and anticipated my other questions. He took several hours with me and in no way pushed a sale--zero pressure. After the visit, he sent a follow up email thanking me for the visit. I responded with an email that thanked him, but that we were going to test drive other brands and would contact him in the future if we decided on a Mercedes. Well, low and behold, I was out shopping with a girlfriend that Saturday and my husband pulled up to the shop in my new surprise! Greg orchestrated the perfect surprise--it was just like a commercial. He worked so closely with my husband to pull of such a blessed surprise! This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review, and most seem fake to me. However, I have to say in all my years of having vehicles serviced either used or new; at the dealer or not, Dave Claster is the best there is. Even after a recent loss in his family, he took the time to service my vehicle within a tight deadline and then apologized for being minutes late! Apology not accepted! He has high standards and expectations of himself, and I have to say this dealership made my wife and I feel like we joined a family of people who share a passion for the Mercedes brand, but also folks that genuinely care about us as people. The car search is tedious, to say the least! After determining what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I began the exhaustive and lengthy search to find the right vehicle at the right price. I l determining what type of vehicle I was in the market for, I began the exhaustive and lengthy search to find the right vehicle at the right price. I located that vehicle at RBM of Atlanta-North. When I phoned the dealership, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Favini answer the phone. Interestingly, I did not realize I was phoning the RBM North, instead I thought I was phoning the RBM in Roswell (which I had already visited to test drive my desired vehicle). When I told Mr. Favini what vehicle I was interested in, then explained that I had test driven a vehicle AND that I had spoken with a different gentleman - he worked hard to help me find that person ... until we both realized it was at the other dealership. From that point, the relationship went from good to great! Mr. Favini took care of every facet of the process seamlessly. After we agreed upon price, over the phone, he had the entire process handled when I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle. I arrived at the dealership, signed my loan docs, met with the Service Manager went through a very thorough "in-service" on the vehicle by Mr. Favini, and left within about one hour and 15 minutes. I had explained to Bill that time was very valuable to me, and that I did not want to be there long, and he delivered 10-fold. Additionally, he handled setting up my MBrace account, Sirius/XM account and filled the tank prior to my arrival. The next day, he phoned me while in the vehicle to see if I had questions or concerns about the vehicle or any of its many interior functions. I was truly amazed at the level of customer service he provided considering the sale was already done. From the second we started speaking on the phone, until now (and I'm sure going forward) he treated me like I was the only individual on the planet purchasing a vehicle. Do yourself a favor, and call Bill Favini next time you want to purchase a vehicle -- You will be thankful you did! More
