As I was searching the web for a new car that would fit my budget, I came across the ad for the smart car and their current lease offering. The closest delership was RBM North on MacFarland. Initially, I was somewhat hesitant but decided to give it a try. Upon entering the dealership, I was met by Greg Lapina. Stated what I was interested in, down payment I had, and my overall goal. Mr. Lapina was attentive, receptive, funny and empathetic. Long story short, I am now in a smart passion and absolutely LOVE the car!!! Mr. Lapina has followed through with follow-up calls to see how I'm doing, if I have any additional questions or concerns, has offered additional help to learn all the ins and outs of my new car. I had visited 6 other dealerships prior to visiting RBM and can say my experience at RBM far exceeded my expectations.
