Purchased 350 GLE 4matic here over year ago. It was a CPO with around 17k mls. My wife’s car. When her mileage was getting close to 30k I asked about oil change notifications and she said there had b CPO with around 17k mls. My wife’s car. I checked her assyst plus and it said same thing since we purchased “4200” mls to sched C. I immediately took her car to a mr tire for a synthetic oil change. (Least I could do) then my wife took vehicle to RBM Alpharetta several thousand mls later to have a service done and ask about why assyst plus didn’t seem to be functioning. She was given the condescending attitude bc I had taken the vehicle to mr tire for a simple oil change. She was told they couldn’t trust what mr tire did but they could send an oil analysis to verify the oil! Lol I had a receipt. I’m not paying for an oil analysis but they are speaking with my wife not me. I finally told wife to let them do what they want. Change the oil AGAIN and reset/fix assyst plus so we can monitor oil usage like every other car we have driven In the past 10+ years. They did a full oil change and said they reset assyst plus but to watch it to make sure it worked. Well it’s been stuck on sched C in 10k mls since she left dealership. Also one key fob wasn’t working and service advisor said it was because we had the wrong battery in it. It was the same battery from when we bought the CPO Mercedes from the dealer. He changed battery and it still doesn’t work. We also were going to put 4 new tires on vehicle but wife was instructed we should replace them there and not discount tire. I understand they want the sale but to make the prices match better they were going to replace only the 3 most worn tires instead of all four. Told my wife to get out of there and had all 4 tires replaced at discount tire and they took it to Christian brothers auto for alignment. Why would you suggest replacing just 3 tires on a AWD auto when they all needed to be replaced ? Just to lower price ? Hopefully can get Mercedes computer working. More

Overpriced service! Dropped off my MB for service. Needed tires as well. Very reasonable price for tires. A 4 wheel alignment was also completed for $160.00 on a Friday Dropped off my MB for service. Received a mailer on the following Monday of the next week that if you buy 4 tires you get the alignment free. Called RBM after I received the mailer and was told "I guess you just missed the opportunity for the special". Needed new wipers which were $45 plus labor of $60?! Little surprising since while I was dropping off the service attendants were changing wiper blades in the drop off lane. Takes 5 minutes max. There are certified MB shops that are priced appropriately which will be my future destination. More

First in Class Service Department My car was scheduled for a maintenance issue that Mercedes brought to my attention a couple of weeks ago. Scheduling the repair was easy to do online and the appointment that fit my schedule was easy and convenient. I dropped my mercedes off the night before and received a pleasant text from Kim Cates, who would serve as my Service Advisor for this repair. Kim let me know of another issue with the car and kept me posted on the repairs throughout the day. The car was completed by the expected time and the service facility is first class. This was the best service appointment I have had in years and I will be sure to have my vehicle serviced by RBM in the future. Kim Cates provided the first in class service that makes RBM stand out from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend using them for any service you may need on your Mercedes Benz! More
