Make sure you deny services you don’t need I have a leased Mercedes. Only owned for 6 months and ended up paying $2500 for a service. I had to get new tires and Igor forced me to get Blake flus I have a leased Mercedes. Only owned for 6 months and ended up paying $2500 for a service. I had to get new tires and Igor forced me to get Blake flush and Wheel Alignment even though I didn’t really need them. I asked for the wheel alignment results and the before and after we’re exactly the same. Never going to RBM Alpharetta anytime. Also he did not accept competitors coupons. More
Outstanding service & Amazing Customer Experience! I brought my car with a problem with backup camera. Fortunately, i had an extended warranty on the car. Carl worked with the warranty insurance compa I brought my car with a problem with backup camera. Fortunately, i had an extended warranty on the car. Carl worked with the warranty insurance company to deal with paper work, approval etc., that I didn't have to do anything. When I came to pick up my car a few days later, the problem was taken care of. The whole experience when I pulled in for the service until i picked up my car was amazing. Needed an Auxiliary Battery Replacement I was very frustrated with my Benz E-350 vehicle and all the recent repairs. My issue today was replacement of the Auxiliary Battery. I was initially I was very frustrated with my Benz E-350 vehicle and all the recent repairs. My issue today was replacement of the Auxiliary Battery. I was initially very unhappy at the cost for replacement. Next, the service advisor, Joseph Stieren alerted me that one right rear tire was very worn and would not last past another 1,000 miles. I just got new tires a year ago so this escalated my frustration. Well, Joe contacted the Benz dealership in Chattanooga where I bought the tires and found out that the new ones were placed on the front. He shared this with me and I immediately calmed down. Joe explained to me that I have approximately 1,000 miles remaining on the poor tire (uneven wear due to bad alignment), so I decided to get a replacement put on right away. I should mention the whole time Joe was very, very calm and professional. He is an impressive young man and I would be proud to have him working for me! He represented the dealership very well and turned my frustrations into a very satisfied customer. More
