I recently purchased a Mercedes ML350 from RBM and Jerry Peek. The reason that I chose RBM is that Jerry Peek is the most knowledgeable and helpful sales person that I have ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased with his help. It seems strange to view a car sales person as someone that is a helpful. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and know that finding someone that even knows what brand they are selling today. There seems to be nothing that Jerry will not do to make sure that you find the right vehicle for you needs. He listens to what you want and answers all your questions and even answers question about the technical details of the vehicle that you would not know to ask. He does not pressure or try to steer you to the model that is ‘on the lot’. He gets to know you and your family and what you need for the particular vehicle that you require. The level of personal service that he provides exceeds all expectations. In my latest purchase he delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife’s approval, since she is disabled, before we completed the deal. The staff and facilities at RBM are world-class but the personal service of Jerry Peek is what brings me back and making owning a Mercedes even more a pleasure. More

I went into RBM just to "look" because I wanted to trade my lease in for a purchased vehicle. I went without an appointment and was assigned to Rick. He was awesome! When I told him I would not be purchasing until I was back from a trip overseas, he worked with me to a.) find the perfect car at the perfect price and b.) allow me to store it at RBM for pickup until I returned. OMG!! Just purchased my new C250 from RBM Atlanta Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He Dealership and I must say it was the greatest, smoothest, and easiest, experience I've ever had purchasing a car!!! Dwight Banks was my salesmen! He was professional patient and very knowledgable with Mercedes brand! The new store manager Eric Mihelich was Awesome!!! He along with Dwight worked, "The Deal of the Century," to get my husband & I into my C250!! Eric is a passionate basketball fan and we enjoyed his conversation in discussing his admiration for the game & players! FYI Dr. J is one of his all time great players. Lol!! He's also a family man with 2 young boys and a wife who he adores! He's also a God fearing man, which you can pick up on the moment he starts to speak & shake your hand. I could go on forever talking about this guy but I'll stop and just say if you want a fair & happy experience when purchasing a Mercedes Benz, go to RBM Atlanta!!
