The reason I've given a rating of 5, is primarily because of Colin Harrison. I had to buy a car quickly because I was moving, but it was very difficult for me as I don't like making quick decisions, because of Colin Harrison. He explained the options, what they had available, the pros and cons of each, and in this way helped me to make a great decision. He also got the car ready very quickly and spent a lot of time with me going over all the features. In addition, he's going to spend more time with me once I get a little used to the car. He also accepts a lot of phone calls from me asking questions about the car, and he never sounds irritated or like he's in a hurry. Nothing but gracious. I'm very, very happy with my purchase! More

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and know that finding someone that even knows what brand they are selling today. There seems to be nothing that Jerry will not do to make sure that you find the right vehicle for you needs. He listens to what you want and answers all your questions and even answers question about the technical details of the vehicle that you would not know to ask. He does not pressure or try to steer you to the model that is ‘on the lot’. He gets to know you and your family and what you need for the particular vehicle that you require. The level of personal service that he provides exceeds all expectations. In my latest purchase he delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife’s approval, since she is disabled, before we completed the deal. The staff and facilities at RBM are world-class but the personal service of Jerry Peek is what brings me back and making owning a Mercedes even more a pleasure. More

I've owned multiple BMWs (3 series, 5 series), Lexuses (RX 300 and RX350) and an E series Mercedes. All wonderful cars but for what I was looking for now, this is close to perfect.
