Purchased GLK350 in March 2013; Fabulous experiences at RBM!. Kyrus was very patient while I decided what Mercedes I wanted and then one I decided on the model; worked extremely hard to located the car t RBM!. I needed AWD and a towing pkg. and not a lot of the other stuff. He did it!! The day I came to pick up the car and sign the papers- was a very pleasant and speedy experience. Dealership provided snacks and drinks for customers (always helps when kids are involved!) Kyrus Frames had all the paperwork organized and I was in and out in no time! I went to RBM to purchase my 3rd MB from Gerry and the staff. Gerry answered all my questions about the 2012 S550 and patiently went through all the new improvements - and there are quite a few. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed and didn't waste my time with a prolonged negociating process. We went through all the numbers and he had facts to back up everything I wanted more detail on. Even after the purchase Gerry has been very helpful in providing me with additional instructions on the many features of the vehicle. When I call Gerry for additional after market support I never feel like I'm intruding , even though he's already made the sale. You can't go wrong with Gerry.
