I was looking to buy a C300 mercedes. I went on the internet to find what was out there. Well, the 2011 C300 from RBM caught my attention and I put in a call. I am so grateful that Kyrus Frames was so polite and friendly over the telephone. He was not pushy and sent me an email stating he would love for me to come out and test drive the cars. I am glad I went to RBM because the experience was great. Kyrus was so friendly and not pushy. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the car. Also, the finance pereson was excellent as well. It took very little time to get the paperwork togather. Even though, it has not been a whole day since I purchased my car, I am thrilled with the purchase. I have been showing off my car and telling everyone I know to come to see Kyrus at RBM. I have used this dealership for 12 years. My first Mercedes was a gorgeous 2000 E320! I fell in love with this car and took very good care of it. It was detailed, touched up, parts replaced and was Mercedes was a gorgeous 2000 E320! I fell in love with this car and took very good care of it. It was detailed, touched up, parts replaced and was always gleaming. The performance of the car was always wonderful. However, age caught up with the motor and I was advised that the book value was less than the engine repair to correct a leak of coolant going into the engine. I had planned on replacing my car next year, but instead purchased a new 2013 E350. Everyone was helpful, starting with Don MacKay, Shawn McCallum who broke the news gently that the engine was not going to be a good investment repair. I met Gerry Modzelewki and over the course of about 3 days started exploring new cars on the lot. Need- less-to-say, we found a beautiful E350 which is now at home. This dealership is wonderful to work with, there is a level of honesty and courtesy that goes beyond the normal attitudes of car sales and repairs. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who would like to explore owning a Mercedes. I am looking forward to driving this car also for an extended period of time! Mrs. Walsh More

Jerry worked with me until we were able to come up with something I wanted could aford and be happy with.Anything I asked he looked into and most important if there were somethings he wasnt sure about and there were some things, he went and found someone who could provide the correct answer. Like in the case of converting my contact list for the car blue tooth a person with exceptional cell phone knowledge on staff came to help .The test drive was outstanding and he demostrated the various features as we went along.I really didnt think I was going to be driving home in a different car, but Jerry made it real easy and then gave me a call the next day to be sure all was well.Im glad I picked Mercedes.Also I could tell that Jerry believed in the product and very knowledgable.Im glad I met Jerry Peek,I was a customer but was treated like someone special.Everyone that I met to make this sale possible was professional and extremely friendly,they acted as though they cared about me the product and the business and that scores big points with me.
