They try to get you caught up in their bureaucracy, saying the "engineer" says your car is fine, but yet they agree it's not..... Then they block you from communicating through email. Called MBUSA and completed a service survey, they won't even call you back.... SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.... Spent 87K on a top of the line S Class....and this is what you get....ignored..... More

It took RBM of Atlanta over 8 weeks to fix one problem and in the process they broke other components. Then they damaged my car and when I complained they said they didn't want my business anymore.
