He reviewed the basics (interior console) with me but I still needed more of a crash course. I know thats what the manual is for but I guess I just wanted him to program radio & serius xm- for me. Great experience with John. Mu only complaint was with the finance office and I feel I should have gotten a better interest rate with my excellent credit rating. Now I have to shop around for better rate. Otherwise, very satisfied with John as my salesman and I will call him with any questions. Thank you, Cheryl More

Purchased a used vehicle from dealer but felt deceived. I purchased the vehicle after a lot of research and also drove 2+ hours to look at the car. The employee on the phone stated there was a lifetime powe I purchased the vehicle after a lot of research and also drove 2+ hours to look at the car. The employee on the phone stated there was a lifetime powertrain warranty on the used cars. Once I arrived, they stated it was only a 3,000 mile warranty, albeit the complete car, and that the employee should not have mentioned the lifetime powertrain warranty since they had recently stopped that promotion. There were no concessions made for their mistake. I also asked for the CARFAX, but was told we only have AutoCheck. Well, how did they confirm that the car was a 'CarFax - 1 Owner Car' then? This statement was boldly listed on every used car image on their website at the time. They did reduce the amount of the dealer fee so that I could pay to pull my own CarFax to confirm the details they had falsely advertised on their website. Otherwise, the car buying experience was ok and they sent me a missing part that was promised in the mail 3 weeks after the sale. There was a gentleman in the left corner of the showroom that TJ kept going back to and he would not budge on their false advertising and misinformation claims otherwise. More
