New 2017 Outlander purchase Went to RC Hill today merely looking to test drive a 2017 Outlander, thinking "This is going to be another painful visit to a car dealership, getting Went to RC Hill today merely looking to test drive a 2017 Outlander, thinking "This is going to be another painful visit to a car dealership, getting bombarded with comission-driven car salesmen ". Ughh! I hate that! Picked RC Hill due to their advertised low prices but had low expectations as well. As we all know, dealers often "lure" costumers in with their fast-talking commercial ads, right? I contacted them beforehand (highly recommend it since you'll have a name and contact info) and met with James W. who immediately put us at ease. When I say "no rush/hands off" approach I really mean it. He answered all of our 1,432 questions truthfuly to the point we felt we were talking to a friend and not to a car salesman. The car, of course, spoke by itself. Great features, look, mileage and price. And, although we had already made up our minds early on in the game, we kept our poker face for a while until we realized that James was not in it "for the kill". He was there as a facilitator, to get our family in the vehicle we needed. Financing was a breeze (even though, like many Americans, I don't have perfect credit). They negotiated until they found a comfortable monthly payment for us with 0% down. I've been to other car dealerships such as Corey Fairbanks Mazda, who made us feel like we were giving up a kidney and our first born child in exchange for a vehicle. This was a totally different experience. I would highly recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi to friends, family and anybody out there that feels intimidated by the car buying experience. You are in for a very pleasant surprise. Thank you, James! More
