I started out just bringing my Eclipse, I liked the staff (including the mechanic's who are the back bones of the service dept) so much, they now service not only my eclipse but, (which I still drive running excellent after 9 years), my Honda and Toyota FR-S. I believe they are trustworthy and honest, and I will continue to bring my vehicles to R C Hill regardless of what kind of vehicles I might own in the future. I absolutely recommend them all the time, they are top of the line. " They are not your ordinary service department"!! :) More

OUTSTANDING!!! Troy Stoops was my sales person,and I have to say that this one interaction will always make me recommend him and the dealership without question. This is a big deal cause, 5 years ago I had the worst experience at RC Hill. He asked my price range and he and the finance person made it happen. Recently I was involved in a car accident, car was totaled and gap had not kicked in yet. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I also was sceptical about being approved for financing. Filled out online application and was contacted by Jeff Welcheck. he advised me that they were able to get me financed and all I needed to do was come down for test drive pick out color and sign papers. Sounds too easy, right? I was so skeptical but Jeff assured me everything was fine and the payment was where I had told him I wanted to be at. He was serious! My family walked into the dealership at 5:30pm on 1/11/16 and by 6:45pm we were out the door with my new car!! I highly recommend Jeff to anyone. Awesome staff I was driving 2 high mileage cars and had another breakdown. My credit is not very good and I didn't think it would be possible to get a car at all. I sent an inquiry through the website and was contacted by salesman Frankie. He was very optimistic that they would be able to help. After sending in our credit application, I was shocked to find out that we were approved to get not 1 but 2 brand new cars. Frankie and the rest of the staff made everything so easy. We drove to the dealership picked the colors we wanted and were out the door with 2 brand new mirages. I can't thank Frankie and the rest of the team at RC Hill Mitzubishi enough. They are true professionals and they work hard to get you approved. I have already recommended then to my friends who are about to start car shopping. More
