The R C Hill team is the most customer oriented dealership that I have had the pleasure of working with. Just a little background info, before I met with Jeff Welcheck I researched their inventory on www.rchillmitsubishi.com. Their web site is the most user friendly and informative that I have seen. I found that the base Mitsubishi cars had more luxury features included as “no charge”; i.e. Bluetooth, than the competitions more expensive upper grades. I confirmed these options at the national site, www.mitsubishicars.com too. Compare R C Hill's inventory with the competitors and you will be convinced too. I'd like to start by saying that this was the quickest car deal I've ever made & the salesmanship was not that of the typical dealer! They were not pushy at all and really left the ball in my court at all times! With my average credit score, trade with high mileage, and my small down payment - these guys were able to get me financed and into the vehicle that I'd been searching for! Not only did they make the numbers work, but I received free oil changes and rotations for 5 years. The best part of the entire deal was actually the phone call that I received the following morning AFTER I had already signed papers the previous evening. Before pushing the signed paperwork through and calling it good, these guys made one last call and managed to get me financed at a MUCH lower interest rate AND a shorter term!! They absolutely didn't have to do this either; they could've let it be because at that point the paperwork was complete!! I was completely elated and knew that I had made the right decision!
