Used Car Purchase from R.C. Hill Mitsubishi Recently, I was in the market for a quality used car for my daughter's 16th birthday. I live in Tampa and performed an internet search via Kelly Blue Recently, I was in the market for a quality used car for my daughter's 16th birthday. I live in Tampa and performed an internet search via Kelly Blue Book covering a 150 mile radius from my zip code. My daughter already knew she wanted a 2010 Toyota Matrix. This search revealed about a dozen vehicles and the only vehicle that I could find that was in great condition with low miles and at a fair price was at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi. They are not kidding when they say they will not be undersold! I was contacted within hours of my search by sales consultant Mike Gray, who walked me through the car buying process effortlessly. He negotiated the price between myself and his manager until we reached an agreement and arranged for a test drive. He even worked with me on his day off to help me get the vehicle that I wanted. Jeff listened to our needs, he didn't push us to get a new or used car, even though we originally went there for a used car, Everybody we worked with put real time and effort into getting us a loan and supported each other as a team. Everybody came off as trustworthy, supportive, and had a great attitude. Jeff went above and beyond, meeting with us on his day off, even offering to drive the car to Orlando, almost an hour away. They even offered to tow our trade-in, because it wasn't in good enough shape to drive that far! The process was far faster than I had ever experienced, and I never felt rushed or forced.. Me and my fiance left with a new Mitsubishi Mirage, and couldn't be happier! (Except if it had come in blue, maybe haha). We would definitely be going back there again for our next car, and I would recommend it to anyone in the market! :) More

The car was well made and I was surprised at the price tag, which was well under what I had thought. We went for a test drive and Selena demonstrated her knowledge and experience once again. I did not tell her then, but I was sold on the car half way through the test drive. I really think that Selena Nicholson was instrumental in my buying a car from R C Hill Mitsubishi. More
