Didn't feel like a sales pitch, but rather and chat w/ info. I really appreciate that they didn't play any games and I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. They did not use any manipulation techniques or us I really appreciate that they didn't play any games and I never felt like I was being "sold" a car. Buying a car is not fun for me. So I was glad to find their approach very personable. They even worked to find better financing than what my credit union pre-approved me for. Also, very good at explaining the process etc. All around a good experience that I could easily recommend to others. More

Service experience I had an issue with my electric window while driving and called Barbara to see if I could bring the car in on short notice. Best car buying experience ever I never been a fan of shopping for cars. I'm pretty happy I went to RC Hill for my Mitsubishi instead of one of the closer car dealer even if it was 5 I never been a fan of shopping for cars. First time I went and test drove the car loved it but thought I should look around and compare then came back within a week when I realized that this dealership won me over. I test drove my Jeep Patriot with Jeff Welcheck and it was a fun experience. He was not pushy and very honest in his opinion which was great! He was knowledgeable and had a GREAT sense of humor!!
