WHEN I BOUGHT MY OUTLANDER BACK IN OCTOBER FROM JEFF WELCHECK HE SAID IT HAD A BLUETOOTH( WHICH I ASK BECAUSE I DRIVE 25,000 MILES PLUS A YEAR). I TRYIED TO PUT MY PHONE IN CAR AND DID NOT WORK. JEFF MADE 3 APPOINTMENTS WITH ME AND CANCELD EACH ONE WITH DIFFERENT REASONS. 1) DID NOT COME IN 2) BOX CAME IN BUT HARNESS DID NOT 3) ITS CHRISTMAS AND DO NOT HAVE MONEY. ALL LIES EXCEPT MAYBE LAST ONE. I WENT TO DEALER TO TALK WITH SOMEONE AND TALK WITH BOB YOUNG (WHO SAID HE WAS MANAGER) 2 ND TIME TALK WITH TOM LUCAS (WHICH HE CLAIMED TO BE A MANAGER) JEFF SAID TO EACH ONE OF THESE MEN THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THIS BECAUSE IT WAS HIS MISTAKE, HE MAN ACT LIKE OK. AND TOM SAID HE WOULD HELP FIND ONE. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 26 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD A THING.
