This is our 5th vehicle purchase with RC Hill.I used to to live and work nearby,I had purchased a used Expedition,low mileage Galant and a new 08 Lancer,that I loved.Before we moved back to NY in 2010 my w to live and work nearby,I had purchased a used Expedition,low mileage Galant and a new 08 Lancer,that I loved.Before we moved back to NY in 2010 my wife picked out an 04 Cavalier that had 42,000 miles.this was our first experience with Russell at the dealership.He had spent the time helping my wife get through the painful process of getting a car with not so perfect credit.He had made her feel comfortable.Russell is a down to earth guy that is not pushy and is very knowledgeable about his inventory of vehicles.my wife loved her purchase and is still driving today sept 2013 ,107,000 miles.Now the reason I'm writing this today is because 3 years later,my wife and I are back living in Florida,about 45 min from dealership in Longwood.Let me say this, Russell has been in contact over the last three years,following up on my wife's purchase to make sure that she is still happy with her car and that they are always here for her service and oil changes.Well long story short,we have 7 and 8 year olds and I just found out I had another on way and I needed a reliable new vehicle for my new larger family to be.I scheduled an appointment with Russell because I could trust him and the dealership and not get the runaround that my wife had gotten at other dealerships.Russell hooked us up with a new 2013 Outlander(white).He knew everything about this vehicle because he owns one too.Painless purchase,Russell is a real asset,Tim Hagan was great to work with my fifth time.Thank you all at RC Hill.p.s. I had gotten a car from RC Hill about nine years ago and still had the car. But you can imagine it was on it's last leg with high mileage and lots of work to maintain it. I am a single parent and money is t still had the car. But you can imagine it was on it's last leg with high mileage and lots of work to maintain it. I am a single parent and money is tight so a new car was never considered until several days ago when my car seemed to be taking its last breath and I had to face the fact it's time to replace it. My credit is not good as it could be so I knew getting a loan approved would be a tall order so I prayed before I set out on my quest. I decided to go with RC Hill as they had helped me before. When I drove into the lot Troy was immediately out there inquiring what he could do for me. I explained my situation and he said let's see what he could do for me. He gave me some water while he asked some pertinent questions. Since I wanted a car with the lowest payment as possible he went through his inventory and found two that would fit my criteria. We did the test drive and then he set about getting me some discounts to get the price even lower. They wanted $1000 down payment which I did not have on me. But he spoke to his superiors and they allowed me to pay $500 and then the additional amount on my next paycheck. It was as if this angel Troy was put in my path to help me as I needed a reliable vehicle for work. I am so happy with my new car and can't thank him enough for being so kind, honest and above all very reputable. HIs word is his bond and they both can be trusted. Whenever I need another car it will be a safe bet I will be going back to RC Hill in the future. However let's hope its not too soon. That dealership with Troy is a rarity in the business, honest people who want the best for the buyer not the other way around. More
