I leased the vehicle because of Floyd Roberts. I had a question about the charger not charging. Mr Roberts checked it out. I've had the MiEV 2 months and all is OK. We drove to deland from 1.5 hours away to purchase a used car from the Hyundai dealership. Upon arriving in town we were told the vehicle sold that morning, even though we were told it had been put aside for car from the Hyundai dealership. Hill dealership and stumbled upon a great car, great deal and great, haggle-free service. They were honest and upfront about pricing and financing, plus we got top dollar for our trade in vehicle. I went to this dealership based on the reviews and unfortunately I am one of the few that did not have a good experience. At the lot everything was fine, on the test drive everything was fine. The next day I broke down and it was discovered that the used vehicle they sold me had a hole in the radiator and a broken fan. There was no coolant at all and the engine completely overheated. $800 in repairs. I brought this to their attention because they obviously sold the vehicle that way but to date I cannot get any agreement to cover the costs of the repair. I'm still waiting for my tag transfer which was only supposed to take a couple of days. Now going on week two. Can't get a response to that question either. I have called and sent multiple emails which they are ignoring. Disappointing because I thought they were different and had hoped for a better experience. I may as well have bought from a 'buy here pay here' unknown lot. We have another vehicle to purchase in the next year or so and it will not be from there as we had originally planned. More

Our experience at RC Hill was excellent! Initially, we didn't even go there to look at a Mitsubishi. From the moment we go on the lot there was no pressure whatsoever -- just good answers to questions that we had about different cars. The prices were also quite excellent. On the second day when we came back to purchase, James was there and took me on another test drive of the car we were looking at. Again, no pressure to buy and just good solid information about the cars. Troy came in part-way through and the two worked together to help me through the rest of the car-buying process. We drove to Deland from Ocala on Saturday in search of a good used car. We had seen a Mazda Miata online and were interested in that car. When we got there, we discovered that the car was a manual and I c good used car. We had seen a Mazda Miata online and were interested in that car. When we got there, we discovered that the car was a manual and I could not drive it. Russell Ervast met us on the lot and offered to show us some other cars. Even though we were disappointed that the car was not as advertised, we looked around and were very impressed by the quality of used cars available. I was interested in a sports car and he helped us narrow our selections down to ones with automatic transmissions. We selected a 2007 Mini Cooper to test drive. Russell was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and accompanied us on a test drive. We liked the way the car handled and the quality of the vehicle so we agreed to terms and purchased the car and are happy with the deal. After all papers were signed and the keys were handed over to us (after he had gassed up the car), he again went to the car with me and went over the features of the car until I was comfortable with the information. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from him. More
