We were looking on the internet for a used car and came across a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara with low miles at RC Hill Mitsubishi. We were reluctent because we had to travel over 30 miles in order to see the across a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara with low miles at RC Hill Mitsubishi. A salesmen (Levi Smith) approached us and asked if he could help us find what we were looking for and offered several selections from the current inventory. Levi was very helpful and knew a great deal about each model of car that gained our interest. Once we decided on the Suzuki , Levi was quick to offer a test drive and asked if we would like to purchase the vehicle. Levi was very professional and made the sales process go very smooth. We did have to wait a rather lengthy period of time for the credit manager to arrange the paper work process, but with the urging of a sales manager ? we were on our way with a new/used car. As we returned home we did discover a couple of issues with the A/C blower, center console, cd player,squeaking brakes, and a headlight. Once home I called looking to speak with Levi, only to be told that the shop closed and everyone had gone home. I asked if I could leave a message and the gentleman said sure how can I help. I described the issues we discoverd and he explained that I was not to worry because of the 90 day warranty on use vehicles would cover these items on the one that I purchased. Earlier, Levi had pointed out the owner RC while we were there and I assumed that it was he who answered the phone after hours and answered my concerns. I have since contacted their service dept and have made arrangments to have all these items fixed under their warranty. So far everything is as advertised and would recommend RC Hill Mitsubishi for a used vehicle. More

What a great Dealership. I was in & out in no time. I had purchase a new car. They gave me more then I thought on my trade in. and they got me where I need to be on payments. I needed a new car so I researched several dealerships on the internet and visited several in Volusia County. After a salesperson walked off and left me for another coustomer because I told them I was on Soc the internet and visited several in Volusia County. When I Got there a young man came up to me and introduced himself as Troy Stoop he talked and treated me as thou he was helping his mom find a car. I looked at several but I only wanted to test drive my new Outlander. After I decided we went inside and talked about money. Troy explained all the paper work got an appraisal on my trade in helped me unload my old car he explained all the digets and buttons and even set most of them. I got a great deal on my new Outlander and for the next six years I dont have to worry about anything. As an older person this means a lot to me. All their prices are posted on the windows of each and every car. I will recommend this Dealership to everyone whom is looking to buy a car. I had a fantastic experience and now have a beautiful car.
