We were not approved for a loan, so we left and Anthony went to several different companies and was able to get us approved! So we went back the next time and Anthony was not there so we met Troy Stoops. He also was outstanding. He was able to answer every one of our questions and worked with us. Overall I was very pleased at the amount of dedication they have to their customers and the amount of perseverance they have in making their customers happy. I did not feel like I was walking into a pack of hungry lions waiting for their compensation checks, I felt like I was walking into a team of trustworthy helpful adults. For it being our first car experience at a dealership I was more happy about the way it went then I can even explain. I was very wary of the prices online because they were so much cheaper than any other dealers advertised price. After talking with Grant patterson about what I wanted he even faxed me a complete invoice to a much cheaper than any other dealers advertised price. This was the last dealer that I went to when looking for my new Outlander. It was late in the day, but they treated me as I was the first customer of the day. They stayed well past closing on a Saturday to make sure all of my paperwork was complete and that I left with me new car that day. Probably the fastest and one of the best deals I ever got buying a new car, was in and out so fast that I thought I was there for a hair cut. He was so quick as Bob was, I was in and out in less than 3 hours. They even had the service department remove the old high end audio equipment from the Eclipse for me, and everything I wanted was delivered without so much as a scratch. My wife and I recently found a used 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 at this dealer. We drove an hour and a half from Melbourne FL to see it. When we arrived in the late afternoon I could tell that something was different about this dealership. We were not immediately "attacked like a piece of meat" like at most dealerships I had visited. This was a nice change. Another major difference was the sales people worked as a team. The person we had spoken to on the phone was busy with another customer so his co-worker took care of us without any sense of "he is taking my sale". This was also a nice change. I later found out the reason. The sales people are not commissioned - yet they still care and give great service! Overall they made the buying experience pleasant and painless. Plus the fact that we had a Capital One blank check loan (w w w .capitalone. com/autoloans) made it easy. The dealer was flexible with us and made it fit the parameters needed for Capital one.
