I spoke with Troy about my needs for fuel economy, price range and style of vehicle being looked at. I did not need a lot of bells or whistles and appreciated that he did not try to sell me more than I wan range and style of vehicle being looked at. He reviewed the ad and showed me what was available. There were several to choose from and then I chose to test drive based on the color red. I needed to make left turns to see how the vehicle manouvered. The route we took had plenty of left turns. The vehicle drove beautifully and then the next step of the process began. I chose a red Outlander Sport. Troy was willing to speak with my husband about price and financing. When my husband arrived after work, Troy continued with the customary negogiations. He was honest and very patient while my husband and I considered the options. When we made the final decision on the way to finance, Troy and the Manager were quick, effecient and very polite and professional. I will gladly refer Troy and R.C. The price of the car is the only good thing I can say after the experience at this dealer. We went to pick up the car the next day after working out the deal only to have to wait three hours to do the p after the experience at this dealer. We went to pick up the car the next day after working out the deal only to have to wait three hours to do the paperwork. After the car was brought to us, we noticed the front window was cracked. We already had driven 45 minutes to get to the dealer. Two hours later no one had yet to contact anyone to get the window fixed and I finally said we would come back tomorrow and were assured the car would be ready. The day we drove another 45 minutes to get there only to be told the car was not ready. No one called, no one apologized, they just said we had to come back tomorrow. I was purchasing the car to drive home to South Carolina and was on a time crunch. No one at this dealer seems to have any idea what they are doing. This was proven in fact when the temp tag was set to expire and we still had no paperwork to register the car. The paperwork was found on the desk of someone and had not been sent out. To add insult to injury the car was supposed to be titled in Florida, but paperwork was done for South Carolina. Of course there is a tax and license difference and we ended up owing the dealer another $1200.00 and were told that if we did not pay it we could not have the paperwork or ability to get license plates. I cannot express my utter disgust for this dealer in this small space, but I can tell everyone I can NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!!! More
