We called the dealership and asked to speak to some one who could give us the straight scoop on prices for the new Hill vehicle and for our vehicle trade in price. We spoke to Floyd Roberts and it did not take long before we could feel an honest and professional man on the other end of the phone. Since the dealership was 130 miles from our home we needed to know the trip would not bring any major stop gaps. We got the numbers together, pondered them all and made the trip to Deland. The result and experience were top notch and resulted in a pleasant exchange of vehicles and a new one in our garage. Floyd Roberts is made from the stuff that some older people will remember when a deal was made on a handshake without a lawyer in sight. Mr. Hill will take care of the formal paperwork with a smile for the road. Everyone of the other employes I ran into were friendly, courteous and professional. A last point is that I would wager you will probably go a long way before you find a more competive price for a vehicle than the one at R.C. Hill. More

In the 4 years I have owned my Galant, I have received excellent service. The Service Manager has always explained when there was a problem that needed to be fixed or corrected. I have taken the Mitsubishi to the dealership since I purchased it for all service, oil changes, tires, etc. They could offer more benefits when having service done on the vehicle. With the other vehicle we own, not a Mitsubishi, the dealership provides a free car wash and vaccums the inside of the car, we also receive free full service oil changes (the vehicle we bought new and have had for 6 years). This is something that could be considered for the future. I will be lookimg to trade the other vehicle within the next year and will definitely look for benefits I will receive. More
