My experience at the Mitsubishi dealership in Deland was great. Since I walked in I felt welcomed and Mike really worked with me and my budget. My expierence with RC. Hill was great! My sales person Chad helped me and my husband out so much. He listened to our concerns and also helped us get in to a car that was a great fit for us! I was not that sure what type of vechicle I wanted but after talking with Chad for over two weeks I ended up falling in love with the Lancer. I am so happy with the car I chose and thanks to Chad I can actualy say I enjoy my car more than I could imagine. I would reccommend RC. This may sound cheesy but this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I stopped at two dealerships in Orlando and neither compared to the level of service at this dealership. I left one dealership on Colonial drive and I never wanted to set foot in a car dealership again! I drove from Orlando because the prices online were great, I actually thought something must have been up because they seemed a little too great. When I got there I was happy to see that the pricing was exactly the same as the online pricing (which was over 4,000 less than the EXACT same model car I just looked at in Orlando. The salesperson (Floyd) was very friendly and didn't once act like a "car salesman". I came to the dealership with pre-approved financing from my bank, however the sales manager (Tim) encouraged me to let him try and get me a better interest rate through Mitsubishi, I was skeptical that he would be able to, however he DID! I walked out with a better loan than I thought I would have, along with a great price on the car AND a great experience! They say that an unhappy customer will tell people more often about their experience than a happy customer, in my case I will try and tell as many people as I can about my great experience at RCHill because these people definitely deserve the business. We drove 100 miles to this dealership to purchase our Lancer because of the great service that we received from Russell. I called RC Hill because of an online ad that I saw featuring the 2010 Lancer for $11,980. Russell went through the information with me on how they figure that price. He explained everything in great detail and assured me that there would be no hidden fees or any extra charges. When we showed up at the dealership the following day to pick up the car, the price was exactly what he had promised me over the phone. No hidden fees or extra charges included. My husband and I will definately return to see Russell to purchase an additional vehicle in the future. More

Im really glad that I drove 2 hours to this dealership, rather than deal with any here in Jacksonville. This dealership and the employees are some of the nicest people you will meet. At the end of it all, they got me a great deal and let me take the car home that day because they didn't want me to have to drive all the way back down to pick it up. We were looking for a used car and RC Hill Mitsubishi had the lowest price on a 2009 Nissan Versa. We even compared their price to the Nissan dealer down the road and felt that car we purchased was a much b the lowest price on a 2009 Nissan Versa. He always answers his phone or calls back quickly. He seems a bit new to email communication but what he lacks in tech savvy he makes up for with courtesy and knowledge of his product. The dealer website even provides an autocheck report for free without asking for any information. There were only a few things I didn't like about the entire process: 1. I didn't realize the cost of a new tag versus a transfer was so great. My fault, but I would have felt even better had someone told me ahead of time 2. The car was clean, but could have been cleaned better. There was some dirt stuck to the dash that we are cleaning off. There are also scratches and such on the car that I would think a dealer could spend a little time touching up. That's just my opinion though. 3. The dealer fee of $650 seems a bit high for the amount of time that was actually put into selling the car. I mean, I am sure they made a profit just on the price of the car and since I shopped online and came to purchase on the day I said I would, I would have liked the fee to be significantly reduced. Overall, the buying experience was great. We financed the purchase through our own bank so I can't comment on their financing options. We got the car that we wanted for a good price and the people we bought from were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. More
