Oil change,tire rotation,recall I didn't know about Great professional attitude by all team members. Took longer than I thought it should for an oil change and tire rotation, when I asked they said ther Great professional attitude by all team members. Plus free Starbucks coffee to help time pass....I've heard ppl in the past saying how bad this place is (those ppl are completely insane) but I think it's one of the friendliest and comfortable service centers I've ever been to. Very pleased with service I scheduled my car's 30000 mile service ahead of time. Since I was on the VIP plan the amount was reduced taking the service of the oil change off of the total making me even more happier. My car afterwards was returned clean and runs smoothly. No appt. I went in to work looked at that a body shop did. (Not RC). With out appt. manager came right out and check it out.
