Just had a wonderful experience at RC Hill Mitsubishi in Deland. They serviced my car and checked it from top to bottom. They are so friendly, you would think that you were at home and your car is being taken care of. Kudo go to Barbara for her attention to detail and firsthand explaination of the services applied. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years, and part of the reason I continue to come back is due to the service center. They have always taken good care of my vehicles and been quite competitive in price. Recently had some damage done to my 2014 Altima with metallic paint, needing the entire rear quarter panel and bumper repainted to match again. I decided to let the dealership give it a try as I had not been happy with other bodyshops in the area in the past. Wow when I got my car back the entire thing had been detailed inside and out and the paint was perfect! I can't see where the new paint starts and the old paint begins despite it being a metallic flake in it and am incredibly impressed. Also recently had the tires replaced on Ma's 2013 Outlander Sport, when it was in the shop they also did a Recall that had just come down and were still able to get it back to me on time! I didn't receive the recall letter in the mail for a weak after service was completed. Brandi and her service staff are great and I've never worried about dropping my vehicles off at the dealership. Russel's made buying the vehicles low pressure for years now so it's a great combo of buying and keeping them in good shape.

The Service department is always helpful and always do their best to make sure I leave Happy. The facilities are always clean in the waiting room. I love the Starbucks Coffee they offer while you're waiting.
