Purchased a car and after signed contract they said bank no longer hold b/c one job was seasonal. Had car 3 months and kept contacting to see what was happening. One day go outside and car gone. Said they tried to contact me to finish loan and that's bull. I took to court And had proof of my records of phone calls and texts showing I was right and shld get all of my deposit back plus money they caused me to lose from not having transportation to work. Judge took thief word under oath (b/c they had a lawyer) with no documents or proof and I had documents of phone calls an texts to show proof of trying to settle and get new approval!! RK KNOWS THEY WERE WRONG AND OWED ME THE $831.00. AND THEY RATHER PAY FOR A LAWYER THAN REFUND MONEY OWED TO ME FROM MY DOWNMPAYMENT. DONT TRUST THEM. THE FINANCE STORM MANAGER DOUG B. was very IGNORANT, RUDE AN THREATENING ALSO. HE SHUT THE DOOR OF PHIL( the finance man) office and then tried to point his finger at me and make threatening statements!! I WILL NOT BE TREATED LIKE THAT FROM ANYONE AND NEITHER SHOULD U. AVOID ALL POSSIBILITIES AND BUY UR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I ended up going to THE AUTO PLAZA ON BLACK HORSE PIKE AND HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEFT WITH CAR THAT DAY!! More

Brought my truck in to have catalytic converters replaced under warranty, two days later I developed an exhaust leak brought truck back in to have it fixed and was told they can't hear it but they tightened under warranty, two days later I developed an exhaust leak brought truck back in to have it fixed and was told they can't hear it but they tightened everything up anyway, well two days later it was leaking again brought it back two weeks later( because I can't be without a truck) and also told them there was a hole in my front tire that needed a plug, and to no surprise I got a call from Lou that they can't hear exhaust leak and can't find the hole in the tire. I immediately went there to see what was going on, only to see a muddy tire that obviously was never checked with soapy water and upon starting the truck up could hear the obvious exhaust leak after a couple of B.S. excuses from lou at the service desk saying its not from the part they replaced so they could weasel their way out of fixing it again the actual mechanic agreed with me that it is indeed leaking and needs to be replaced again, the Story goes on and on...... Finally after three trips back and fourth and yelling and screaming the truck was done. This Is the biggest group of incompetent people I have ever seen!!!!! Stay far far away !!! If they can't even plug a tire how can you trust them to do a major repair!!! I would never send my worst enemy to this place. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED More

the attention,attitude and overall friendliness of this organization was exemplary. I previously purchased a cadillac at this location, and i was more than happy with the same salesman [James A.
