When I first stopped in the salesperson (Jamie) was extremely helpful going out of his way to find a car we were looking for. When he located it at another dealership they had no problem in getting to extremely helpful going out of his way to find a car we were looking for. The first problem when we picked up the car was there was a difference in the price and the second was some minor problems in the condition of the car. When I spoke to Jim about this they were able to correct this and the price was adjusted and Dave made sure all the minor issues with the car were addressed and taken care of. This was a pleasant surprise cause most dealers would have said buyer beware but they went out of their way in insure we had a great experience in our purchase. I feel a trust in this dealership was established and hope to continue long into the future. More

I recently stopped at RK Chevrolet for a jammed/broken glove compartment. Being a plastic piece and after the glove box becoming jammed I pulled on it and the handle snapped off. I was also having a problem with the zipper on the back of the passenger seat. I explained to the service writer that my car was under factory warranty and the problem and they would not even take a look at the car $ 85,000.00 Corvette. The response to me was those cars are too expensive to work on and we have to keep our expenses down and that I would have to take it to the selling dealer. I left feeling humiliated and confused. I then relayed this information to Chevrolet. They too were not happy to hear this. So as for me and my family and friends, we will not be using RK Chevrolet for any of our future needs. More
