My rating is a negative 10. Six WEEKS to repair my vehicle and when I picked it up it was not repaired. Even though my invoice states "test drove and all is repaired " REALLY! !!!! Then why is my sen vehicle and when I picked it up it was not repaired. Even though my invoice states "test drove and all is repaired " REALLY! !!!! Then why is my sensor still lit up????? Their excuse, we didn't realize you wanted EVERYTHING repaired. Totally inexcusable. SIX WEEKS!!! $991 and my car is not fixed. And yes, I told them I wanted it repaired. But apparently if you talk to two different people at the desk they don't bother to enter anything into their system and they definitely don't know how to call you. What a joke. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional. Traveled 100 miles from Summerville Sc. to view a used Hummer. I made an appointment by phone, told them the exact vehicle I was interested in. Asked Traveled 100 miles from Summerville Sc. to view a used Hummer. I made an appointment by phone, told them the exact vehicle I was interested in. Asked them about financing on the vehicle. Was asked to fill out credit app. online, and was told what documents to bring with me, such as pay stubs, proof of residency and the down payment which we also discussed on phone.. All was good, or so I was told. Asked me to come and take a look at the vehicle. and they would do their best to get me in this vehicle. I took the time to gather and print all the documents they requested, and drove 100 miles to look at the vehicle. Within minutes of looking at car, we didn't even have time to open the hood, we were approached by a salesman who told us that his sales Manager wanted to make it clear to us that there was no financing available for this vehicle. Claimed they have no lenders who will give loans on Hummers. What? Are you kidding me? What kind of b.s. is this? Worse part of all this, no apology from manager or sales person, sales manager actually laughed when I complained. I then thanked him for wasting my day and time. He then tried putting the blame on their call service. Unbelievable, I have never dealt with such an inept car dealer in my life. Would not and will not deal with these unprofessional people ever again. Stay away, stay clear. Spend your money where they appreciate your business. Spend your money where they respect and value your time. More

Bought a new 2018 Fusion I bought a new 2018 Ford Fusion SE. Sales person was Bob Jones. He was very nice. Took his time showing me all the buttons in the car. Never rushe I bought a new 2018 Ford Fusion SE. Sales person was Bob Jones. He was very nice. Took his time showing me all the buttons in the car. Never rushed me. I also took my old car 2006 Ford Fusion to the service department there to get serviced all the time. I always dealt with Mark in the service department. Always so nice and cheerful.
