poor customer service, everyone was zoned out not attending us. We were told to wait and someone will be with us. We were helped for a moment than got handed off to someone else. I never received a phone call that my vehicle was ready for pick up, and it was close to 3:00pm so when i call come to find out that my car was not fixed this whole time I was waiting and that the part will take along time to get in because the vehicle is so new. This is a honest review so please go ahead and take this review into consideration for the vehicle itself already having manufacture problems and the poor customer service that has been given to us as a new nissan owner. The Service Advisor who worked with me is excellent and professional. however I have a complain against Sales I purcahsed a Nissan Sentra from your dealer ship and was promised to get three oil changes fr professional. however I have a complain against Sales I purcahsed a Nissan Sentra from your dealer ship and was promised to get three oil changes free and EDDIE Cruz put that in is notes. Really loved the service I received here! Bought a car here in 2021 and had a really great experience. Felt no pressure and they were able to work out a really great deal.
