This was my first visit to Raceway Nissan andy experience was horrid! Apart from the long wait, i had to deal with a patronizing and condescending attitude from the service advisor. Waited almost 3 hours was horrid! Apart from the long wait, i had to deal with a patronizing and condescending attitude from the service advisor. Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change - and that's with an appointment. I was told that oil change takes 1½ hours when i asked about the status of my car and that I need another 45 minutes (this by the way, after almost hours of waiting). I've been to other Nissan service centers and it takes the a little over an hour to get it done and I'm usually informed if it wi take longer as soon as I check in. I would have been okay with 1½ hours but not waiting for almost 3 hours. Worse, Sam, the service advisor I was talking to was very dismissive and a little rude to my concern. When I expressed my concern to the sales side where I was sitting (so I can get the number or email to send my complaint), they were more sympathetic even as they explained things to me. I expected to be told immediately how long it would take for a service to be completed, especially because the dealership didn't offer shuttle service (according to Sam) and as such I had to cancel a medical appointment. I also expected the service advisor, Sam, to be more courteous and sympathetic to his customers as his colleagues were. In the first place, it was his service colleague who checked me in and he was nicer. More
