I was very satified with the service athe selection of cars. My dealers name was Mo Salem and he went out of his way and still continues to do so,to make sure that I got a very good deal. first time buyer First off, the salesman had to drive/walk around the extra lot next door looking for the car that matched the key he brought out.....he finally found First off, the salesman had to drive/walk around the extra lot next door looking for the car that matched the key he brought out.....he finally found it, but battery was dead. Worst experience I've ever had, first and only time for raceway Nissan! As we sat and sat and sat, we continuously were being told that we would be next and our finance paperwork was printing, or they are finishing the deal. Clearly, what really happened was they dropped the ball and helped sooo many other customers before finally getting to ours. No excuse, missed a family BBQ and were starving while waiting!! By the time my daughter got to drive out of the lot, had taken 7 hrs. and the salesman had to follow us home to get the post dated $500 down payment check, really?? So frustrated, have bought many cars and never had this bad service. They kept having the salesman come in to "entertain" us with stories, seems like to keep up occupied and not complain too much. Then when it was time to sign, finance manager said the deal just got done......so it had all been lies! We shook and had agreed on one monthly payment price and come to find out they had not "included" gap and then when they did.....the payment on the paperwork was not what they had promised, excuses galore! Would not recommend. More
Yo-Yo Financing scam at Raceway Nissan Raceway Nissan attempted a Yo-Yo financing scam on me but failed. I knew about the scam. So, I wanted to share this negative experience with all new c Raceway Nissan attempted a Yo-Yo financing scam on me but failed. I knew about the scam. So, I wanted to share this negative experience with all new car buyers. In September 2014, I bought a new car from Raceway Nissan. How the scam works. Raceway Nissan will approve the new car loan and let the buyer drive off the parking lot believing that the car loan was approved when the Retail Installment Sale Contract (RISC) was signed by the buyer. This first stage scam is called "spot delivery". This means the car sales man will let the buyer take delivery of the car BEFORE the financing is completed. Right on the spot in the parking lot. Several days later, Raceway will call the buyer to say the car loan is not approved. They want the car back or the buyer will have TO SIGN another deal (car loan) to get the car. So, when the buyer return to get another "offer", Raceway Nissan (the Finance Manager) will give loan that is more expensive and raise the price. This is Yo-Yo financing scam!! Of course, if the car is not return, they can report the car stolen. Or will impose high charges or fees for the use of the car. In the RISC contract, Raceway Nissan has 10 days from the date of the CONTRACT to cancel the deal if they cannot assign the credit (ie get the car loan approved from the lender). This is called the SELLER's RIGHT To Cancel (page 6 of the contract as of 9/2014). And, of course, they will tell the buyer the car loan is NOT approved (credit cannot be assigned to the lender) even if they can. That's b/cos they want the buyer to return to perpetrate the Yo-Yo scam. The buyer can refuse to return the car if the notice of cancellation was received by the buyer AFTER 10 days from the contract date. That's b/cos Raceway Nissan become the lender after 10 days passed and cannot elect to cancel the deal. Buyer can send the payment to Raceway Nissan the 1st payment before the due date (RISC will state the due date of the payment). Of course, they lure the buyer to the dealership with very low interest rate and low pricing terms to initiate the scam. Raceway Nissan has no intention to sell at such low advertised prices. Even if the contract is signed, they will attempt to forge the car price with fraudulent charges. So beware. More
slow service This is my second time visiting the service department. Shame on me for returning because it is close to home. A repeat of slow service. First experie This is my second time visiting the service department. Shame on me for returning because it is close to home. A repeat of slow service. First experience, I had an oil change on a weekday morning. My car sat at the free car wash for 35 minutes after waiting for my oil change. Today, my car is in for a new battery, oil change, and crankshaft replacement. My car has been up on the lifter for 60 minutes with no one even touching the car. So far, I have been here 3 hours without an ETA after I asked for one. I strongly recommend you go to the Nissan Service off the 91. Every time I go there, I get awesome service. I will not repeat today's mistake! More

He was helpful and I felt like he had my best interests at heart. He was open and knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped me have a positive car buying experience. Did not take very long at all for the paperwork and the deal and I was able to drive off with my vehicle and a smile. Absolutely LOVE the Internet Team at Raceway Nissan!!!!! Osmond Ezinewa is the best Finance Manager I have ever dealt with! The was fun and worked every number possible to get me the most warranty and back end options for the best price. He was up front and I felt secure in the options I bought. It helps that the Showroom and 2 story layout of the building is beautiful and it doesn't feel like you are in a dealership. Thank you again Tom and Osmond you guys ROCK and have my loyalty!!! More

These auto frauds are v Buyers beware. Don’t buy or service at Raceway Nissan. They are running a fraudulent pricing/fictitious billing fraud schemes. These auto frauds are very dangerous to your financial health. These scams fraudulently inflate the price of your car after they lure you into the dealership to sell at very low price using misrepresentations, omissions and deceptive practices. The Major Players: Internet Manager – Vanessa Ruiz Internet Sales Director – Carlos Fernando Bosch Finance Manager – Luis Noel Sibille Don’t’ be a statistic and become one of the victims. On 9/1/2014, I received a price offer from the Internet Manager, Vanessa Ruiz that she will sell the Nissan Altima 2.5 S for $19,136 plus tax and license to match the Truecar.com price. During this time, the Internet Sales Director, Carlos Fernando Bosch used convoluted pricing to make it difficult to understand. Even with my CPA accounting background. What chance can a non-financial buyer or unsophisticated consumer stand when (s)he has no knowledge of financial accounting? Anyway, I specifically reiterated to him that the price should be $19,136 plus tax and license as quoted by Vanessa Ruiz. No more. I drove 70 miles to the dealership. The Internet Sales Director, Bosch guided and tracked me to ensure I reach the destination. The test-drive customer service was great. No problem there. Definitely, to ensure I close the deal. The schemes began with auto financing. From here on, the Finance Manager, Luis Noel Sibille perpetrated the fraud schemes described below (How the elaborate fraudulent pricing/fictitious billing schemes fraud are set up?) He deliberately and intentionally sneaked in fraudulent charges with an entirely different inflated price for the car altogether. The price of the car charged was $21,156 BEFORE tax and license instead of $19,136 before tax and license. During convoluted pricing negotiation, Carlos managed to get concession of $190 (floor mats) from me to add to $19,136. As a result the final price I agreed was $19, 326 (i.e. $19,136 + 190). Upon discovery of the frauds, on 9/2/14 I sent the email to all 3 fraudsters with evidence of the calculations. They just ignored it! On 9/10/14, Carlos even had the audacity to claim it is “perplex”. Meaning: he don’t want to understand it. Play dumb even when face with overwhelming evidence! He tried to weasel out by promising to offer another “deal”. In fraud, it’s called layering. The fraudster promises to “correct” the deal, but in fact it’s another layer of scam to defraud again to take advantage of the initial frauds. Don’t become a victim again! You are always at a disadvantage because the fraudsters have all your information – address, social security, driver’s license, credit reports, etc. Anyway, total amount fraudulently charged to me was $726. It’s buried deep in the contract which includes optional theft deterrence device and sales tax. I send an email to ask for refund. Got no reply to my email and Bosch refused. How the elaborate fraudulent pricing/fictitious billings fraud schemes are set up? The Finance Manager’s office is designed to induce borrowers/buyers to sign the agreement without full disclosure of the terms of the agreement and the opportunity to read and understand what the buyers/consumers signed. First, they lured you in with misrepresentations and omissions; and deceptive low advertised price. Then use convoluted fraudulent pricing/fictitious billing schemes to inflate the price of the car. In addition, use devious creative high pressure sales pitch to secure unwanted and unnecessary options like extended warranty and services from unsuspecting buyers. When that failed, during the signing of the agreement, the Finance Manager, Luis Noel Sibille sneaked in fraudulent charges/fictitious billing in the contract. The Finance Manager’s office has the computer screen built-in onto his desk. He can rotate and manipulate the agreement displayed on the screen easily. Initially, he rotated the agreement to let me check basic information like name and address; and asked me to sign electronically on the screen. Nice. After a few trial runs to gain my confidence, he induced me to sign on the electronic signature pad. Nothing was disclosed or displayed. No terms of agreement. No information. No disclosures. Just sign on the signature pad as fast as it appears for each agreement. I was NOT given any opportunity to read, review or understand what I accepted when I sign on the signature pad. By then, I realized these are red flags after all the agreements and papers signed. I also noted that the Finance Manager’s office posted on the wall visibly that cooling off is not allowed after the deal is sign. It is obvious to me it is designed to intimidate the buyer and position the Finance Manager in the event there is a dispute that the signatures were obtained fraudulently. Nice try but it won’t work on me. What can fraud victims do? I am Certified Fraud Examiner - specialized in anti-frauds; and financial & fraud investigations. If they can scammed me and I discovered it too little too late, many victims have no chance. Worst, some buyers/consumers don’t even know they were scammed. . They might even thank the dealer for the great service provided during the visit. Why? Because fraudulent prices or fictitious billings are buried deep in the contract/agreement. It’s not clearly visible. It includes items like optional theft deterrence device, unnecessary extended warranty & services, unwanted options, and sales tax. Sales tax and some variable costs (license, registration) depend on the price of the car/options. A financial audit is required to unravel all these sophistications. Of cos’ the dealer provides good service. You were already over-charged and scammed! It was priced into it. You paid for it! In fact, you might get 1st class service for been a fool and been scammed!!! You are not alone. I have the knowledge and can still get scammed, so I bet there are many other victims who did NOT even know it. So, what are the remedies?
